1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take longer; if so, we’ll notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to qualifying orders as stated on the website.


3. Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-27 business days for U.S. domestic orders once shipped.

  • International delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs delays, and carrier issues may affect transit times.


4. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us at thetradingrev@gmail.com as soon as possible.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

  • If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at thetradingrev@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • We’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate and may provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, customs holds, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.


6. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or under-declare their value for customs purposes.

  • Customs inspections may delay delivery; these delays are beyond our control.


7. Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.


8. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

  • If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to claim the package), we may refund the product price minus shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.
